Korean SUmmer Yuja Yuzu Ade

Yuja tea is made from citron called Yuja (or Yuzu in Japanese). It’s popular throughout Korea, especially in the winter because this citron is an autumn fruit. But yuja’s sweet and sour taste is awesome, when it is made into ‘ade’, by adding sparkling water and some ice. Yuja ade also makes a perfect dessert, after a big meal. Simply combine yuja tea with sparkling water and you have an impressive dessert tea.
