Fiasconaro’s Colomba Pandorata is a stunning centrepiece for your Easter celebrations. The soft, buttery dough is fragrant with citrus and vanilla. Easter’s answer to the Christmas panettone, this limited edition cake is only available for a short time. 

This artisan colomba is made without candied fruit or raisins. It is decorated with a thin layer of icing and crunchy sugar nibs.

Enjoy it sliced, toasted or with whipped cream and berries. It’s delicious with coffee or a glass of sweet dessert wine.

Fiasconaro uses the finest Sicilian ingredients to achieve an exquisite flavour. A 36-hour leavening process gives their sourdough its light, airy texture. The finished colomba is soft and slightly chewy with a wonderful aroma.

Colomba, a traditional Easter cake, is a beloved Italian delicacy. The dove-shaped cake is a symbol of peace, friendship and rebirth. It is enjoyed at home and given to friends and family as an Easter gift.

Fiasconaro was founded in Castelbuono, Sicily in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro. Mario started out as an ice-cream maker and pastry chef, and his first great masterpieces were mountains of profiteroles. His three sons, Fausto, Nicola and Martino, began learning the art of pastry when they were children. Today, the three brothers still lead the company. Nicola is the production manager and an award-winning pastry chef. You’ll taste his expertise in every bite of Fiasconaro’s luxurious panettones and torrone.
