Flying Goose sriracha yuzu is a hot sauce with citrus, floral flavours. Chilli brings fiery heat, which is balanced with zingy yuzu juice and yuzu orange peel. 

Yuzu is a small, yellow-green citrus fruit that’s cultivated mainly in Japan. The intensely citrusy flavour of yuzu is often likened to a wild mandarin crossed with a lemon. It also has floral, lime blossom aromas that make the yuzu fruit utterly unique. Drizzle this citrus hot sauce over BBQ prawns, Vietnamese banh mi, or fried rice.

Stir Flying Goose Sriracha chilli sauce through a little mayonnaise to serve with crab, or add to a bloody mary, for a fiery little pick-me-up!
