Description
Use these gluten free 12cm tortillas for homemade tacos, they’re just the right size for Mexican street tacos. But are also great for letting kids assemble their own fajitas, quesedillas or Mexican wraps. You can also cut into triangles and bake them in the oven or deep-fry them to make tortilla chips.
Originally called tlaxcalli in ancient times, tortillas are a staple Mexian food. A process called nixtamalization enriches the nutritional value of maize, used in these tortillas.

How to warm your tortillas
Open the package, warm them on a preheated pan at 80'C for approximately 8-12 seconds each side until warm and flexible. Or warm in a microwave, by wrapping a few in a lightly damp clean cloth. Warm in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
Approx. 26-27 tortillas per packet.
Ingredients: Corn flour, water, salt, acidity regulator calcium hydroxide and stabiliser cellulose gum. Gluten free.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, wrap tightly in foil or a zip-lock bag, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
