This Spanish jam is a superb match for nutty cheeses such as manchego, or stronger creamy varieties like brie and goat’s cheese. The ways to serve this jam extend well past cheese! Spread over sourdough, use it to sandwich together golden sponge cakes or enjoy a spoonful in your morning porridge.
